The picture on all four of my tv's freezes constantly, and Directv has been out to my home 5 times and replaced everything there is. Even after a tech was here for 4 hours the other day the picture is still freezing about 4 times during a 30 minute show!
I don't know what to do any longer but this is frustrating the heck out of me!
I am not sure if they checked the wiring, but since 5 techs have been here for hours on end I would suspect they have they have.
Both Clark Howard and CBS have advised NOT to get ATT/Directv due to lack of customer service, and I am reading on numerous blogs and web sites that there is a known software issue but ATT/Directv refuses to address it.
