Follow-up to my recent call IRT a messages on screen "Urgent Info: CH 12" & "Urgent Info: CH 40"
Our screen started showing "Urgent Info: CH 12" on our local channels only 2 days ago. Along with that message, after approximately 5 minutes the screen times out and goes to the DirectTV screen saver image floating around the screen with program audio. I contacted DirectTV and went through troubleshooting both online and with tech with no success. I was told it was being escalated to an engineer and we would receive an email with updates. No email was sent and now our screen shows "Urgent Info: CH 40" and still times out.
