Disney now issue: directv

I have been able to watch tv shows on Disney now last week with no issue but now on my fire stick, when I try to play a show or movie, even if they are the same content from when it did work, it pops up to say “#bummer this content is not included in your TV package. To view this video, please contact your TV provider to upgrade your TV package.”

So how exactly are you using a FireStick to view these DirecTV channels? There is no DirecTV Satellite app for Firestick.

Got it. Try deleting and reinstalling the Disney Now App on your Firestick.

Ok. And I just downloaded the app again today and it’s the same issue.
