I’ve had the 4K package for a few months. Channel 104 looks great. However the few times there has been live content on 106 I get an error message that I’m not subscribed. Outside of the event 106 works fine, just playing music and saying check schedule for upcoming events.
The few baseball games for example were outside my market (shouldn’t be blacked out) and available fine on the HD channels.
Also randomly get an error my 4K tv is not 4K and I have to reenable 4K in the genie settings. Sometimes it only happens once a month and other times it will happen a few days in a row.

Thank you for reaching out! When you saw the error message, did you try any troubleshooting on your receiver?

Yes. I’ve rebooted. Reset etc. called tech support twice and aside from barely being able to speak English they had no idea what 4K even was and couldn’t help. One support said I needed a new receiver, the other said I just had to subscribe to the channel (which I already am).
