I am trying to access DIRECTV so I can set it up on my mobile devices. Each time I get to the log in, it cues me to use my ATT combined billing log in. Then it tells me that it is incorrect. Any ideas?

At what part of this process do you get redirected to the AT&T Combined billing page? Do you currently have combined services with us?
When you install the DirecTV app on your phone, before logging into the app, you must first register your account online at DIRECTV.com. Once your account is registered, you can log into the app.
