I have a new genie system as well as a new 4k directv ready set. How do I get to channel 1102 to see what is available in 4K? My system says channel not available. Had a service call today but tech did not now about 4k issues.
So making sure all my TVs are RVU was a waste of time & money! Thank you DTV! So you'd think they would at least fix the recurring audio drop problem associated with the HR54 Genie-to-RVU TV via DECA--the issue their tech supervisors claim they have not heard or read about!
