Unable to delete a recording.

I have the state of the union showing 2 recordings. When I try to view each one, it never populates. When I try to delete them all at a time using the trash can, they appear to be deleted. But when I look at my library, they are still there. Have tried multiple times

We want you to have the best experience with DIRECTV NOW. Let us know what device you are streaming on, and try restarting the device or clearing your cache and cookies if you are on a browser.

With True Cloud DVR BETA, we’re still testing things out so you’re likely to see a few updates as we work on it.

Thanks for clarifying that! Have you tried troubleshooting your Firestick device? We also recommend you delete and reinstall the app, and ensure you power-cycle your Firestick after doing so.
