I have an AppleTV4k and I have bookmarks set up. When I go to the My Library screen I see the bookmark title but can't scroll to it with the apple remote. Any idea how to do that?

We're here to help! Have you tried power-cycling your Apple TV 4K device? You can also try deleting and reinstalling the DIRECTV NOW app.

If you don’t have a recording, make one, then you can scroll to bookmarks. Otherwise there doesn’t appear to be a fix, even after a DTVN update.

I had been having the same issue for several weeks. Been hollowing at the guys in chat support to look into the problem repeatedly, with no results despite numerous escalations. I just tried the above solution about having something on the DVR to get the rest of "Library" to work, and that did the trick. I hope this gets fixed in the near future.

...DTVN just needs a conditional statement inserted to allow scroll if recordings equal null.
Why this takes so long for them to fix is beyond me. Glad you’ve been able to manually correct the issue.

The issue is not an Apple problem, it squarely rests in the DTVN app residing on an ATV. The issue is not the use of the SIRI remote, as I can duplicate the issue using a Harmony 650.
Mainly new users, with no recordings will expirence the issue, but I can duplicate by deleting my recordings.
If you got Apple to help using your remote, or the ATV, that will not fix this issue.

I’m a new subscriber and experiencing the same problem. Further, I think the whole DVR interface needs serious work. DTVN isn’t a free service and subscribers deserve better.
Also, certain apps like CNN Go still can’t be authorized via DTVN. I don’t know why this is true, but service at DTVN needs to improve dramatically or I’ll cancel my account and move to a competitive service.

It's a budget system. They do not support all and neither does the other streaming services. They serve my needs fine but maybe not yours or others. You take your poison with each streaming service. If they supported all then there would be no price rational to leave cable.
About all I can say in general about the DVR is that it's still BETA. Personally I have few issues but I prefer the apps for my needs.
