Cloud DVR Issue - Recording has no audio

I am recording CBS's Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert. (Other channels are working fine. I am not sure if this issue is specific to CBS or Late Show) The live broadcast has no issues but the recording has no audio. I am on AppleTV. When I check the audio settings of the recording, selected audio channel appears to be "Espanol" which doesn't exist in Live broadcast.

This has nothing to do with the app or the device itself. Cloud DVR, as the name indicates is a cloud system. There is a bug on your back end that facilitates this recording. I restarted the app regardless, no change. When I reach my recording from the web, I have the same issue. On Apple TV when I select CC/Audio selection of the recording, Audio Track setting is Español and English is not an option. Español is selected only on this recording, but no other recording, or channel. The live TV comes with an English audio track. As an engineer, this gives me the impression that the language Español for the recording is hardcoded in your back end. agreed, the coders have a hard time with English and don't know that "Espanol" doesn't exist in Live broadcast.

We’re still testing things out, but you can learn more about the True Cloud DVR beta error messages and fixes.

I’m having this exact same problem - apple 4K tv, Colbert show, intermittent audio that has evolved to no audio at all. Looking forward to a major update to fix this and GUI issues as well.

Nothing new and nothing can be done from this forum. Need to continue to report the issue to support.
