Cannot get in Watch ATT

I have been trying to get on this ATT Watch TV for months.  I have have numerous calls and chats which all end stating they would work on it within 7-10 days. Since the last communication it has been 2 months and still I cannot get on this ATT Watch TV.  I keep getting messages over and over and over.  "Oops something went wrong" and "Looks like something is wrong on our end."  Stop advertising this is a bonus free product with Unlimited if it is never going to work.
