Att watchtv Having trouble notice

Just switched to At&t. Unlimited plan is supposed to include the WatchTV plan as well. Downloaded the app. Tried to log in. Starts to do so and then gives an error message. Says, "Oops something went wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later." I have tried for two weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared the cache and cookies. Spoken to technical support. Nothing is working... Is this a common occurrence? Can someone help me with any advice? Getting really frustrating...

I can’t get this to work either and I have verified my acct, changed my user id and password 5 times now. What is going on with this garbage?
