I've tried multiple times to log onto my Watch TV account. I'm supposed to get it for free with my plan, but I hav en't even been able to log in.
Anyone have any solutions to this? I've noticed I'm not alone in this issue.

What wireless plan did you upgrade to? Please make sure you have verified your account after upgrading to an eligible wireless plan.

It doesnt work. I clicked on the link, send the code to 2885 and got a message that it was verified, i have unlimited plan and that I can now log in, but the log in loop still continues.

Yes, same here. I feel it is manipulation of ATT to get customers to click on the button to add more upgrades. Not acceptable!

I have the same problem. I can logon and watch shows on my cell phone app, but whenever I try to logon to the website from my laptop I get sent to ATT login help page. I started a chat with an ATT rep and they changed my username because they said using the whole email address could cause login problems.I gave it a few days and tried logging in again and still get the same loop of logging in to the watchtv website and getting sent to ATT help page... so frustrating

Same issue here. Can't login from Chrome (on my PC), nor my S10 (Android), nor my iPad (latest iOS). Login redirect loop or it says invalid login. Changed info twice using password manager to save info. Pretty annoying and support clearly isn't aware of the issue.

After two hours on the phone with "AT&T Web Assistance" and the great rep toggling between my phone call and the Watch TV rep through a chat interface (the ONLY comms mechanism for him to help me), I was told that my problem was associating my phone number (AT&T Wireless) to my Watch TV account AND that the problem was 'escalated' AND that I should expect an e-mail from WatchTV by "the end of the day" telling me issue was resolved and that I could login. To date, NO e-mail. No solution. No way to login or ever use the service.
I am a DirecTV user since the beginning, a U-Verse ISP customer for over 4 years AND a AT&T Wireless (Premium +) customer.
