I am trying to use the Watch TV app I made my user name and password entered it and got a an error message saying invalid user name or password. I changed the password entered the new one and got the same error. When trying to contact chat about issue I kept getting transferred to different departments and no body seemed like they knew what they were doing. How can you add a service that not ever the Customer Service represtives know anything about?
I have this same issue. Logging in through the WatchTV app gives me an error for incorrect username/password, logging in through the website takes me to the FAQ page and doesn't actually sign me in - though I am given the option to click 'Sign In' and go in circles ad infinitum. I have repeatedly verified my eligibility for this service as suggested on this thread and repeatedly reset my password. Nothing seems to be working.
Also, with the Unlimited &More plan I have, I was told all lines on my account would have the option to have a premium subscription - provided all of them were with the same service. How do I activate the premium subscriptions on the other lines on my account? As it stands now, I only have a premium subscription on the main line for the account (the one that set up the WatchTV account that doesn't work) but have another user asking for hers to be activated. Did your salesman lie to me when he said that each of us could have our own accounts so long as they were with the same premium service? Are we required to share the premium subscription as a "family account"? The service I'm working with is Amazon Unlimited, if that's worth anything.
As it stands right now, literally nothing in the "&More" part of this plan is working as advertised.
