The customer service provided by DirecTV and AT&T is horrendous!! It took 8 phone calls to them, including a supervisor and the situation still has not been resolved. I am being billed for a service that I'm not getting. I even received a "Service Summary" from AT&T which informed me of what the next bill would be and what the subsequent bill amounts will be. When I received my February bill, guess what, it wasn't the amount that I had been told. They are still charging me for a service that I'm not getting. Does anybody communicate with each other? Apparently, correct billing, customer satisfaction and good business are just not part of your operating procedures!!
