The WAN profile means the streams that enter your home through the RG, meaning you have 4 HD streams.

The Ingress profile means the streams that the DVR can handle: 3 HD and 1 more limited to only SD.  It means that you could record 3 HD streams and watch a fourth HD stream on another TV, though I don't think it would be able to handle trick-play features such as Pause/Rewind while the three recordings were going on (since the DVR is needed to buffer the content for trick-play).  You could also record an SD stream in addition to the 3 HD.

This is currently "as good as it gets."  AT&T is working on bigger and better things but have made no official announcements as to what and/or when.

If you have the 0SD/4HD WAN profile that is as good as that gets.

If you have the 1SD/3HD Ingress profile, that is as good as that gets.

If your value for either of these is lower than that, then we'd need to see what kind of profile you've got and what kind of line rate you've got.
