Is Dodger game blacked out on MLB 1634 today?

Assuming you live in an area that MLB considers a Dodgers "home market" area, it probably is blacked out, as it's on SportsNet LA.

Nothing new about this; I remember in the early days of regional sports networks when I had to pay $10/month extra just to be able to watch Giants home games (note that pretty much everything else on the channel was available - it was only the Giants (well, and Athletics and Warriors) games that were scrambled) - and even if I didn't pay, all other broadcasts of those games (e.g. on TBS, if it was a Braves at Giants game) were blacked out.
