Anyone else having this issue? I've signed in to History Channel app before using Directv Now as my provider, now I can't. DTVN is listed as a provider and DTVN says they support the History Channel. Here's what happens, select Roku, select DTVN as provider, enter activation code, press continue. A pop up box appears that is supposed to be the link to sign into DTVN but is blank, never populates. As experiment I tried other providers and the pop up always populates. Any ideas? Has History Channel and DTVN parted ways.

Hello there, @nchooks!
Please know that the History third party app is still compatible with our streaming service. Can you let us know what if you receive any sort of error message or code when attempting to sign in into this app? Do you have this same hiccup when signing in on other devices or when using another device to enter the activation code? Let us know so we can further look into this. Thank you!

I've tried using my tablet and my phone to unlock the History Channel app, results are the same. The pop up box that should populate as my sign in to DTVN is blank. The only thing that shows up in the pop up is a close X in the upper right corner. As I said, I tried using DirecTV, Frontier, Dish and others as my provider, the pop up/sign in box always populated, never for DirecTV Now.

When I say doesn't populate, I meant nothing appears in the pop up box. Nothing but a blank square box. No user ID box, no password box. Just an empty box. Nowhere to manually enter my DTVN credentials.

Thank you for following up with us on the issue you're experiencing with the History Channel app.
Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app? Are you getting the same experience when using that app on any other device? We want to get to the bottom of this for you!

Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled the History app without change before I posted here. I did install the History app on my iPad today and was able to sign in with my DTVN credentials. Currently not at home to check the Roku, where the issue originated

Great! We're glad to hear you were able to use it with your iPad. If the issue persists on your Roku device, let us know. We'd be happy to revisit this experience further!

Tried again to sign into History app on Roku. Made sure pop up blocker was disabled. No change. As Roddie mentioned above A&E wasn't working for him either. I tried signing into A&E app and was redirected to set up an A&E profile. This was supposed to unlock all A&E apps including History. After setting up that profile I can unlock 3 episodes using a "credit". Still can't sign in to either using DTVN credentials. I get to the authentication box where I am supposed to provide my DTVN user id and password it remains blank. Getting frustrated. Thought I was on to something by creating an A&E profile. Now I'll be bombarded will emails from them.

Tried using my phone instead of the iPad to sign in on Roku to History app. Same problem but at least I can see this error message: "cprodmasx.att.com refused to connect". I couldn't see that on the iPad. Please fix this. At least for Christmas.
