Trouble signing in

I was forced to sign in this morning to Directv Now and after I put in my userID and password was given an error stating “Please make sure your userID and password are both correct”. I know I’m putting in the right info and trying to contact anyone has been impossible! Any insight would be great!

It’s only prompting me on 2 of the 3 TV’s. The other is just fine - I hestsitate to reset everything, or I guess I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do that 😞However it may be the only way, I suppose. Thanks!
