I have no sound on DirectvNow using my ROKU, however, I do get sound from Netflix and Amazon Prime which also use the ROKU. I have disconnected the ROKU and reconnected it with no improvement. I have removed DirectvNow from my ROKU streaming channels and reinstalled it with no improvement. I have checked the ROKU power and HDMI cables. I have checked the audio settings on ROKU with no change. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Try turning off anything Dolby related. DTVN does not support Dolby on all channels, while the other services you mentioned do.
