I just upgraded my package

How long does it take the upgrade to take affect after you do it?? I did it 20 minutes ago and my guide still has not added my new channels

You need to logout and back in for the changes to take effect.

Huh? Seriously? Settings in the app then select logout

So should I delete the app on my tv, then reinstall?

When you say log out do you mean delete the app from my tv? Then reinstall?

No, not remove the app. Go to "settings" (the gear in the main menu), account and select log out. When you start again it will ask you to log in.

Removal and reinstallation is a common troubleshooting technique, but you shouldn't have to go that far. If just logging out and in doesn't work, you might give that a try though.

I have upgraded my Directv Now package and have logged out of the app and logged back in.  New channels still not showing up.  Alternative solution anyone?

You might need to contact support by the chat and have them reset your account.
