When I go into the guide I get

Well that was unexpected

Looks like we ran into trouble loading this content

PLEASE try again in a bit.

 

When will this be fixed? I am stuck on the channel I am on and want to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade.

I'm in the same boat. I can't change channels either. Stuck on ID.

Did you do anything to make it happen?  I rebooted once already.

Mine is not working on roku but is working on iPad.

Mine will work if I exit out and go in a second time. I am using a Roku.

Just updated Roku system, reboot, get back in and guide now works!

Not all channels are showing information however.

Guide isn't working for me either. I can't even change channels. Just get "Well... that was unexpected." I don't even care about the guide, I know what channel I want and can't get to it! Might be time to switch providers.

Guide not working..stuck on one channel..I updated roku software which didn't help...I was suckered into trying direct now when getting a new phone...it's time to go back to Comcast...they are a pain in the behind but at least it works

Same here with Fire Stick and app within the tv. Why are we paying for this again?! 

 

Any suggestions?

Same problem with me ... use Roku ... tried rebooting and restarting

 Mine's not working either. Updated ROKU and restarted. Still getting a 'Refresh' message when I try to bring up the guide. Looks to be a DirectvNow issue. Not a good time for this to happen when most of the country is on vacation today probably watching TV.
