Bad service since 11/30 in the Houston area. Content won't load; and if it does it takes forever and will only play a few minutes. Then, the picture will freeze with only sound, or the screen goes black. If you go to guide to reload the channel, it won't load and get various messages. I have reset the the system numbers times. Still won't load. Have rebooted the WiFi numerous times, and only once has that helped. AT&T is a great company and Apple, too. DIRECTV is fair. You would think that 3 large successful companies could solve this problem. Please help your customers. I am 71, and I have never had such problems with watching TV. It is not fair. Watching TV should be a relaxing experience; but, with DirecTV Now, it most unenjoyable. Again, please help us.
Same issue. Consistently trying to load. Watching on my phone this morning and it would play and cut out about every 15 seconds exactly. Literally watching E! Now and it sits here and loads for several mins, plays 3 seconds then loads again. I canceled satellite to do this thinking it would be better financially and and now this is the worst thing I’ve ever done. My internet is fine. Everything else works with no problems and the only thing running on the internet now is my tv. Also, the app won’t work on my phone when it’s in LTE mode. Only wants to work on WiFi even tho I set preferences to work on cellular data. So far worst experience ever!!
I have a BRAND NEW Samsung 4K TV where I can watch movies for hours on Netflix and Prime but can't watch my DIRECTTV NOW for more than 5 minutes before lag hits and the little circle starts spinning and then the picture goes away and I get a yellow circle telling me there is a problem
DIRECTTV NOW is just completely TERRIBLE and I am going to drop the service and find another way to watch TV because I am sick of this
Great. Don't blame you. good luck with your new experience. It can not be any worse.
