Just received ATT beta streaming box. Setup fails at the checking for updates stage.
Error message 80003-001
"There's a Problem
We had a problem with checking for updates. Please try again later.

I have tried a dozen times over two days with identical results. This error message is of no help. I have no idea why it is failing.
I can find no appropriate solutions in att.com/atttvsetup.
Can anyone help?

Do a reset on the box (the red button) and try again.

Did the reset a couple of times. Box reboots, then automatically checks for updates and fails with the same error message.

I don't have the box but I've read on this forum that correctly resetting the box means pressing the reset button for more then 10 seconds.
Pressing it shorter means a "normal" restart. You could try again with this tip if you hadn't done that yet.

Holding the reset button for 10 seconds completely reset the system and I was able to get the installation to complete(including updates).

I’ve reset the box at least 5 times and still hasn’t gotten through the updates to allow me to stream. Anyone know how to get it to work?

I have done the complete reboot at least 5 times and still unable to complete the check for updates. Don’t see anything of any use at the att.com/atttvsetup either. Anyone have a way to push this through?
