How do I install the AT&T TV NOW application?

  1. Get the App here or
  2. Open the App Store on your Apple iOS device.
  3. Use the search function of the App Store to find AT&T TV NOW.
  4. Select the AT&T TV NOW application and then select the “Get for free” option.
  5. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password. The application will begin to download.

If you are using a rooted (Jailbroken) device, the app may not work. You must use the latest iOS for the device.

  1. Ensure you have downloaded the AT&T TV NOW application via the App Store.

  1. Navigate to Settings on your device and then Wi-Fi.
  2. Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on. If you are already connected to a network, a named network will appear with a check mark next to it.
  3. If you wish to connect to a new network or a network for the first time select the name of the network you want to join.
  4. If the network is password protected enter the unique password and select Join.

If you were unable to connect check with the network administrator to ensure you have the correct password

 

Issues with AT&T TV NOW on your iPhone or iPad?

If you are running into issues playing AT&T TV NOW on your iPhone or iPad, such as issues with the application starting or picture/sound issues, these steps can help repair your service.

 

Check your device sound volume

  1. Use the sound adjusters on the side of your device to manipulate the volume.
  2. To ensure your speaker works go to Settings and Sounds.
  3. Adjust the slider under Ringer and Alerts to test your speaker volume.

Force close the AT&T TV NOW application

  1.  Double tap the Home button on your iPad or iPhone device.
  2. Move between applications by swiping left or right until AT&T TV NOW is highlighted.

  4. Press the home button to return back to the main screen
  5. Launch the AT&T TV NOW application again.

  1.  Go to the App Store and select the updates tab in the menu.
  2. Select Update on the AT&T TV NOW application.

  1.  Go to the Settings application.
  2. Select General then Software Updates.

Power cycle your device

  1.  Press and hold the power button on your device.
  2. When the on screen slider appears, slide it right to power off your device.
  3. Wait 30 seconds and then press the power button on your device to turn it back on.
  4. Launch the AT&T TV NOW application.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the AT&T TV NOW application

  1.  Press and hold on the AT&T TV NOW application until it starts to shake.
  2. Select the “x” on the application and then select Delete.
  3. Press the home button to exit the delete mode.
