We'd be happy to look into this. This error seems to be from the app itself and not from our service. Please attempt to uninstall the app from your device and reinstall to see if that helps with this hiccup.

Are you using DirecTV the satellite TV service or DirecTV Now the internet streaming service? What device are you using also? What package are you subscribe to?
