An AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up lets you become early upgrade-eligible by turning in your current device for a new one after paying off 50% of the device cost. After you pay half of your 36 monthly device payments, plus $5 per month for the AT&T Next Up option, you’ll be eligible turn in your device to upgrade early.

I hope someone who works for AT&T will see this. I couldn't find another place to file a complaint: I recently tried to order a new phone from your website. Everything went fine at first, but at the end of the process I was informed that I would need to provide a photo ID to prove my identity.
