    2 days ago the landline at our house stopped giving a dial tone. It's a vtech wireless with 3 handsets, none of them get a dial tone. I can connect a phone directly to the "Phone 1" jack on the back of the gateway and get a dial tone, but that's it. All connections are secure, I have reset the gateway multiple times, to no avail.     When is ATT going to increase the number of blocked calls to more than 20 (how about 100) ??? I've got so many blocked numbers that 20 is really INSUFFICIENT!! I'm getting more spam calls than real calls and had to delete some of the older blocked numbers just to enter the new ones. I really don't want to buy another phone system just for this annoyance.

    For some reason, every call I've received today has the name shown on my caller ID as "Unavailable" but the number is shown. This just started happening today. Up until 9:00 last night, which was when we received our last phone call, it was working just fine. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? Thanks!

    I do not understand why the U-verse 200 package does not include the mystery station as well. I either have to upgrade or downgrade to have the option for both. U-verse family, which is a cheaper plan, has the both.
