Here is a head scratcher: I have no dial tone on my voice line telephone (copper two wire) and yet, my DSL works just fine. Obviously, my phone line has be be connected, otherwise, how could the DSL work. Have already made the service call, and my incident is so important to them, it will be (maybe) sunday before they can get around to sending out a tech. Worked just fine...

I am at my wits end trying to get my home voice phone to show the correct time.. I can set the time correctly, but whenever I get a new call thru the uverse system the time on my home phone will revert back to the old time. (before daylight saving went into effect). I have dishnetwork and I connect my phone line to the dish receiver via an easy jack 2. Easy Jack 2 plugs into an electrical wall socket and the phone line plugs into it. I'm paying approx $35 a month for UVerse home phone. Verzion says they have a rate of $19 a month, no set up fees & free equipment. Will ATT match their price to keep me?

Recently. I've been getting calls that register on the caller ID as "Unavailable", and the phone number shown is just "1". Is there a way to block these calls?

Not sure how long it's been happening, as I just happened to notice it yesterday, but I assume it has to do with the recent DST change. Called customer service, and was just told to unplug/reboot the gateway...I did...no help there. Anyone using NOMOROBO to stop robo calls? Is it for real? I've got 10 blocks for Card Services/Consumer Services and get constant calls from other scammers. If I put a block on the number, a week later they call with a different number. No, talking to them and asking to be removed from their call list doesn't work as as soon as you mention it they hang up. I couldn't find...

We have received numerous harassing calls from a Caller ID blocked cell phone over the last 24 hours. I want to speak with someone at AT&T about how to handle this before I activate anonymous call rejection. Unfortunately AT&T customer service is now closed for the weekend. Does anybody know how to get in touch with someone at AT&T that can help me with this before Monday...
