Tech Never Showed up for new service

I was to have a tech come to my house to install new home phone service. First I was given the hours to standby and wait for him to call and come install. Needless to say I wasn't too happy with that large window of time frame. By the time 5:30 - 6:00p.m. came and still NO CALL, NO SHOW . It's now 9:45 pm and I am not a HAPPY NEW CUSTOMER. I told the lady from AT&T that I am disabled grandma and this will be my only phone for me. I needed it desperately. AT&T was to call my son to let them know that they were on way. Never happened. I need someone PLEASE to email me from customer service so I can give them my order number. And let me know when they will be here.
