Forwarding incoming calls

Is it possible to have incoming calls to my LAN line forwarded to my hotel room while on vacation or to my Verizon wireless cell phone? Thanks!

Do you have Uverse Voice or POTS? I have Uverse Voice and have forwarded calls to my cell on several occasions.
