When Does My Contract Expire?
Hello All, When I signed up for U-Verse, over the telephone, the representative told me I was entering into a lengthy contract. Now that I am signed up and have the service I want to know when that contract expires so I can change vendors. How do I find out when my contract expires? Thanks!

Hi, to check the contracts details you can either contact 800-288-2020 or login to your Uverse online account with the prmary member id and ' From the Account Information section, select myAT&T Customer Service Summary & Terms of Service.'

To view Service Summary & Agreement, go to myAT&T > Overview > My Plans, look for Plan Details link > scroll down to Manage My Account > View my Service Summary & Agreement.
Dissapointingly, this DOES NOT SHOW when your contract expires.

myAT&T > (click) Profile > Account Information > Customer Service Summary & Terms of Service
