When I try to change my appointment, it just stays at  preparing support content, how do I fix this?

No worries, we can help you change your appointment here. Are you attempting to change your technician appointment by using the Check My Order tool?

Please note, same day appointment changes are not available online. If you are still unable to change your appointment time on your own, do not hesitate to reach back out we are happy to further assist you.
