Thanks for reaching out to us here! We suggest that you Reboot your Router/Gateway and then reboot your DVR( pull plug for 15 sec) and see if that helps!
We also suggest that you download the Smart Home Manager App, which can be used to manage your home Wi-Fi network, connect devices to your network.
