Visa gift cards

When I ordered my internet & tv services over the phone the representative told me I would receive a $100.00 dollar gift card. Its been a while and I still have not gotten it. Was I supposed to do something else on the AT&T website to receive it?

We understand that you have not gotten your reward yet. We can help with that. Your first step is to go here: https://soc.att.com/2NyeGaz and claim your reward.

 

If you are unable to claim online, then you can call our fulfillment center "Group O" @877-258-1427. They are open from 7am-7pmCST Monday through Friday.

 

If there is anything else that you need, please reach out here again and we can try to help the best that we can.

I still have not received my 300 dollars in Visa gift cards. I have not got anything in email to claim them or the mail. Please advise

When I ordered my internet and tv together they promised me a 250.00 gift card, I got a card with 100,00 on it. That sounds like a bait and switch. I’ve called them complaint on this like 15 times and still got no card so from now on I will get the gift card first.

I can't remember my card info. How do I get my card number, my expiration date and the three digit code on the back of the card.
