When I ordered my internet & tv services over the phone the representative told me I would receive a $100.00 dollar gift card. Its been a while and I still have not gotten it. Was I supposed to do something else on the AT&T website to receive it?
When I ordered my internet and tv together they promised me a 250.00 gift card, I got a card with 100,00 on it. That sounds like a bait and switch. I’ve called them complaint on this like 15 times and still got no card so from now on I will get the gift card first.
What specially were the rewards for and dollar amount?
Some rewards require you order online without human assistance, if order via phone, chat, in person at ATT store or contractor in big box store or door to door sales contractor you would not be eligible for that specific reward.
Others cannot be combined, it is a this or that and still others are only new account. Example of last one is someone has internet adding tv would not be eligible for internet reward as already a customer on that product only the tv reward...
If $100 for TV, $100 for internet and $50 for ordering online. That customer with existing internet service signing up for tv using a person can only receive $100 for adding tv service not $250 that a brand new account using website would.
