Unexpected poor service
I have been waiting on my installation appointment to be completed for six weeks. I have talked to more thirty customer service representatives and to the escalation department more ten or fifteen times. And I am still waiting for complete service. I receive a bill for $165.56 and still I have never received the services I ordered after I was ensured on numerous calls that my billing cycle would not start until the order was complete. Yesterday I have told by the escalation department I would receive a Dvr today and they would fix the rest of the issues. As of today the dvr did not come and this is the second time week the dvr was not installed. I also had an appointment on September 13 where the dvr was supposed to be installed and the technician never showed up... as I stated in the beginning I have been waiting on this to be completed since August 15th and no one has been able to help me. I was insured that it was okay to use the internet service as a accommodation because we could not access the channels we ordered and the hold up of my telephone number being ported over. But I have a bill the internet has exceeded what was in the original plan I have never been able to access my channels and still never received my Dvr. MIGHT I ADD I HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED BY ATT TO FOLLOW UP on any of these matters. It has always been me who has to contact att. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. Especially from a company so large and well known. It is truly a let down to have spoken to so many service technicians and never get and answer. I really hope this will be excalated to the correct department and not the escalation department because they have been able to help me as well.
