I purchases a Polaroid 4K Ultra HD TV on Black Thursday. I have yet been able to program my ATT Uverse remote control so I don't have to use one to turn on, volume and turn off (TV control) and one to change channels (Uverse).

Anyone have this problem? Its a Uverse S30-S1B remote. The ATT service man tried all codes that came with the remote and couldn't get it going and said I need to get used to it. Not happy at all with that suggestion. Had to leave for couple mos. and came back to the same stuff. Suggestions?

I know how trying it can be to program an irrational remote control.  Allow me to provide what information and assistance I can.


You can view the User guide for your remote on this pdf document.  The second page of this has all codes for the devices we support. Also on this page, are the steps to program your remote with your TV.
