Main STB connections
I have read NOT TO connect OTA to the To wall (video in) coax connection on the main STB. What would happen IF a OTA antenna was connected to that terminal? Will it hurt the STB or interfere with anything?

The STB will not work, you won't get a picture.
OTA antenna should be connected to the TV, not the STB.
