How do I change the passcode for my parental locks?

If you know your PIN and you want to change it

1. On your TV remote control, press Menu.
2. Scroll right to Options, then down to Parental Locking.
3. Enter your 4-digit PIN.
4. Scroll down to Change PIN. Enter a new PIN, and confirm your new PIN.
5. Scroll up and select Save.

If you do not know your PIN, you will have to contact ATT at 1-800-288-2020 to reset it.
