Complaint

Has anyone experienced a technician not showing up 7 times (7!) for the same pending problem that att did not address during installation? I have. July 3rd was the phone call to bundle new uverse services. They came over July 5th, but we’re short DVRs and they’d have to return at a later date.  Fast forward to two weeks ago when one of the two dvrs arrived. We phoned att to I stall this as we could not connect it.  They assured us of a service date and all would be well.  nope.  No one showed, or called for that matter.  Multiply this x 7 attempts with customer service and the technicians, all PROMISING a visit, but none of them could locate my pending acct ( because the unhooked dvr left it in limbo).  Called to cancel all services and have been roped back into keeping what we had previously, while some supervisor in the loyalty dept is supposed to be escalating this issue and giving me a call back within 24 hours.  Guess what?  24 hrs has passed again!  Rediculous.  I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and never had a problem.  Zero resolution, time missed from work, an account still opened prior to bundling that they won’t stop billing for, and I’m out of a bundle and a promotion.  Goodbye att.

I have taken new connection and added to my existing account, I gave this number to my mom and she barely read and writes, I asked her to use Whatsapp calling for long distance and Phone for Local calls, Because of Iphone both Phone ICON and Whatsapp ICON are green and she got confused and used Phone to make calls, We noticed ATT charged for International calls and they adjusted the amount and I requested them to block International calls, This month also we noticed bill for International calls and when we call customer care they say that no such requests were notes on my account and they decline to issue credit. I asked them to verify my Call records to confirm the same, I clearly insisted to deactivate/Block International calling on all my lines in that account. Whom should we report to get this rectified, They are giving false reasons, They not even notified to my e-mail.

I'm wondering how I can complain about the removal of the NFL Network from the U-verse lineup.  There was no notice of this change.  And, I know everyone will find this shocking, my bill wasn't changed.  I still pay the same amount, $182+ a month, for internet and U-verse.  I know you'll also find this shocking. . . but I've been told by AT&T customer representatives, that the cost of the package that includes the NFL Network is so high because of the NFL Network fees.  

 

I'm guessing that AT&T is just trying to push their Direct TV packages. . . and I won't have a satellite dish on top of my house in an area that's notorious for the service going out because of bad weather.  

 

I'm also guessing that it won't make a hill of bean's difference that anyone complains about the change in service.  It's all about big corporations making money at the expense of everyday folks.

I just got off the phone with Deandrew (woman) from the Houston AT&T customer service line, WHAT A RUDE MEAN LADY!!  I am really thinking of dropping all my line because she was so rude and disrespectful.  Gave me nothing but an attitude!

I just got off the phone with Deandrew (woman) out of the Houston Customer Service office.  She is rude, full of attitude, poor interpersonal skill, not sure how these people get a customer service job!  I want to leave AT&T because of her right now but I have to deal with a DirecTV contract issue.  I have to say my DirecTV experience has been "In the toilet" (because I cannot use the real words I truly feel!)
