Cannot get RF remote to work correctly
I have three receivers in my house. Two are RF. One in the kitchen has always worked fine. I have tried three different RF's in Living room and no matter how I rotate the RF receiver I have very poor results. I can press OK about 8 times before anything happens. Same with other keys. Tech support does not help. They say it should work. Any thoughts appreciated.

Could be a weak rf signal. Does it work better holding it under your chin? using your head for an antenna.
Did you pair the remote & dongle? Try a re-pair.
If you have iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you can use the iPhone app u-verse version 2.6.
probably other smart phone type devices, too.
