Can Uverse tv be self installed
I'm just wondering if there is the option to choose self installation for uverse tv

Most likely only if uverse was ever previously installed at your address. "Most likely" because there might be the possibility the additional wiring and street connections could have been removed by someone other that att during the time there wasn't an installation there. Normally the first time att needs to come to install uverse tv and/or internet the installer needs to install the wiring for the room (wall) you want the gateway (router/modem) located which connects to where the street connections enter your house. Some changes need to be made at the other end of the street connection too. It's all these initial connections that prohibit a first time self install unless they are already in place from an older installation. I think this is a $99 charge.
