ATT Uverse   VIP2250

Error code 0 - "Failed to load resource. Press Back to try again"

 

Unplugged and restarted receiver several times. Error message still pops up randomly, and covers the program running in the background. Goes away when I press Back. But returns in a few minutes.

 

Troubleshooted remotely restarted. What resource is it referring to?

Please try rebooting your receiver. If this doesn't clear the error then please try the other solution posted elsewhere on this forum: Unplug TV box from power, wait 10 seconds, replug and wait for 3 white dots to appear on screen, unplug and do this 2 more times. Third time, leave plugged up and box will reload.

I don't think any kind of reboot will clear this issue.  Normally this sort of error stems from a server issue at the local VHO.

A code 0 is really only for a local file or an interactive app. With the recent removal of What's Trending I think it is more likely to have been associated with that. A reboot or an unplug recovery process is the only way to get rid of the error caused by What's Trending being removed.
