DIAGNOSTIC/RESET BY PRESSING POWER, OK, AND DOWN ARROW BUTTONS
SIMULTANEOUSLY UNTIL, GEAR APPEARS ON SCREEN --- AND RECEIVER RUNS SELF
DIAGNOSTIC AND RESET OF SOME KIND ALL OTHER RESETS FAILED TO RESOLVE
ISSUE SUPPORT INSTRUCTED TO PRESS POWER, OK, AND DOWN ARROW KEYS ON
RECEIVER. I PRESSED ONLY OK AND DOWN ARROW WITH POWER ON: IT BOOTED THE
GEAR LOCO AFTER ABOUT 20 SECONDS OF PRESSING THE BUTTONS/KEYS ON THE FRONT
OF RECEIVER AND PROCEEDED INTO SELF DIAGNOSTIC / RESET ROUTINE WHICH TOOK
ABOUT 2 MINUTES. I DID NOT PRESS POWER BUTTON AT SAME TIME AS OK AND
DOWN, BUT IT WORKED.

Try rebooting the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and after that reboot the dvr reboots (pull plug for 15 secs.). Finally try rebooting that wireless receiver (I'm basing that on you say you saw "Connection Success"). During the reboot do the signal strength bars light up? If so how many bars does it show? 3 is marginal, 4-5 is best.
