If you haven't already, unplug your gateway, DVR, Wireless Access Point (if you have wireless STBs) and all STBs. Plug in the gateway & wait for it to fully restart (can take several minutes), then reconnect your DVR, waiting for it to fully restart. If you have wireless boxes, reconnect the WAP and allow it to fully restart. Finally, reconnect your STBs one at a time.
