Trying to watch the earliest recording and DVR keeps rebooting
I recorded an episode of Sinefeld back in September and thats the earliest recording on my DVR, when i try watching it DVR reboots. Tried deleting it, and it doesnt. Any suggestions?. If I dont delete, it's all OK.

I suggest unplugging the power cable on your RG for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. After it reboots do the same thing with all of your STBs. If the problem still persists call TS at the number in my sig and ask the CSR to run a test on your service for errors.

Don't be surprised if you aren't able to reboot. My first DVR lasted for 18 months. The second one lasted for 6 months. Both times ATT overnighted a new box to me and I returned the defective one. There seems to be a quality problem with this device.
