Small things/features mean alot!
Coming from Comcast & glad about it, I've noticed little things that UVerse simply doesn't offer that I found I really was quite comfortable with! Such as 1. No touch light up remote (VIP) 2. No digital clock time on box (very helpful) 3. No program reminder (really? AT&T) you guys should really catch up! Geez!

Nor have they ever had a reminder feature. Never had it, never will but I never used it on Comcast from 2001-2008.
