1. Press the RECORDED TV button on your remote
2. Press the right arrow key to move to Series from the menu
3. The first item listed on the screen should be Series priority
This feature in not something that you need to enable. If for some reason you do not see this, unplug your U-verse box for 30 second and then plug it back in. Once the box reboots, try the steps again.

Under the Series menu, you don't see a Series priority submenu item before the listing of the series recordings begin?
If you don't see that, I have no idea why you do not. I would suggest that you call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature.

I doubt that the feature has been removed from Cisco boxes. The same software is run on both the Motorola and Cisco boxes. I have seen no other messages posted about this featuring being missing.
Since you have not been able to get this resolved calling AT&T, send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.

Does series priority exist in 2.1.2295.10? Looking around the web it looks like it used to exist at one time but I can't say I've ever seen it on my DVR. Am I missing something? When I go to the series list there is no way to move the series up or down. My priority is purely alphabetical. Any input is greatly appreciated.
