Red X and 1
Getting "red X and 1" as the only thing showing on my u-verse main TV. other TVs in the house working fine and I can stream netfilx and other services on the same TV. apparently some kind of major fail error code. I've unplugged and plugged the box back in. checked the cable. done reboot on the box. Nothing...
Suggestions?

We're happy to help! Try running diagnostics on your receiver with the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool to find out what's causing the red X. Be sure to let us know what you find!
