Receiver won't complete reboot
Several days ago we noticed our DVR wasn't working. I went to that receiver to restart it. It wouldn't restart. It tried to reboot, goes through the screen with 3 dots, then gets stuck on the next screen with the spinning circle in the bottom right. Then it tries to reboot again. And again and again. But never completes the reboot. I have tried the non-destructive disaster recovery. Didn't work. What can we do? I really don't want to lose our recordings, but more than that I just want it to work again.

Hi @savalon,
Let's see what we can do to help. Check out the article to reset, reboot and refresh receiver, to ensure we are using every method. If this does not work let us know, we may need to replace the receiver.
