Issue with U-verse remote control

The remote control for the U-verse DVR in our living room has a couple buttons that are slowly becoming non-responsive. We swapped out the batteries and the issue is still there. Is there a way we can be sent a replacement remote and/or exchange the one we are having issues with?

You have 3 ways to replace it,


  1. Call tech support (800-288-2020) and ask for a replacement but they will problem want to charge you $20, i.e., the att store price.
  2. Order it yourself from the att online store for $20.
  3. Purchase it cheaper from amazon, ebay, or other places.

The att remote models numbers are the s10, s20, and s30.
